I have been taking my vehicle to Moore Tires for oil changes, tires, and rotations since they opened in Dixon because they always treated me right in Rock Falls, but Dixon is closer. After getting an oil change one day, a part in my car broke. I called Nick and he sent out a tow truck to get my vehicle. Both Nick and Brad were very informative and extremely patient with my questions and concerns. My car was not fixed the same day so Gary took over dealing with me. Gary, Nick, and Brad were amazing and worked with me to ensure that my vehicle was repaired. I cannot say how grateful I am for them! I will remain a loyal customer of Moore Tires in Dixon!
