I managed to pop one of my tires today, and called to have someone come to me to service it. Sydney was amazing, and came to get my tire, letting me ride back to the shop so I could pay by check as I had forgotten my debit card at home. She then fixed my tire while another of her coworkers helped me pay. The gentleman behind the desk helps be a lot when I come in and is always a pleasure to work with. After the tire was fixed she drove me back to my car. These people here are so amazing, and really put you at ease
I can't recommend this company enough! I drove from Iowa, where I live, to them for an oil change and brake inspection. They are the only ones I trust. I KNOW I will not be taken advantage of! All my concerns were addressed! My car was fixed! They went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer! And I am!!! Hence the reason I travel 2 hours to them! Brad and Will took very good care of me! Thank you Brad for everything you did!
Gage was amazing helping me, he’s normally from the RF Moore Tires but happen to be at Dixon helping…. They checked all my tires and put the right amount of air in them, ALSO had a chunk of ice frozen in my gas tank area so I couldn’t open and close it he fixed it even though that’s not what they do but went the extra mile to help me. I’m so grateful to Moore Tires ALWAYS a GREAT EXPERIENCE and most friendly staff!!!! They will always have my business that’s for sure! Thank you Gage and the whole Moore Tires staff!
I called in due to a flat tire. First, staff attempted to get a towing truck out to me but they were unable to do so. The staff then said they would send someone to change my tire on site. Upon reaching my tire we noticed it could be fixed instead of buying a new tire. The staff filled my tire with air and followed me back to the Moore's location. They quickly solved my problem despite being in the process of closing up for the day. Their service and attitude was great and refreshing. Thank you to Gaige and the rest of the team at the rockfalls location for your generosity and hard work!
